When we returned early in the afternoon, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet—which made sense. But when we mentioned it at reception, they kindly said the cleaning team was wrapping up, but they’d try to at least make the bed and change the towels. I didn’t expect much, but when we returned, the room was completely fresh—bed made, linens changed, everything pristine. That kind of initiative and care really stood out.
