Another couple arrived at the same time and experienced the exact same issue. It’s not just poor service—it feels like a scam. The lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, and I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest place to stay in Medellín, avoid this hotel.
