In Out Apartments Las Condes

We stayed at the Las Condes Express Apartments for 11 days and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The location is unbeatable—right across from Parque Araucano, with two shopping centers, a variety of restaurants, and a supermarket just a short walk away. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and feels safe, which made our stay even more relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-heated—perfect for a comfortable home base. It came fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to daily comforts. But what truly stood out was Graziela’s exceptional hospitality. She went far beyond being just a host—her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help us with unexpected issues made us feel truly welcome. We were deeply grateful for her support. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it was a memorable experience. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santiago.

Hotel Boutique le Reve

This stay at Hotel Boutique le Reve in Santiago was absolutely perfect — hands down the best hotel experience I've had in the city. The location is ideal: right near a bustling commercial district, yet so peaceful once you step inside. The little kitchen is such a nice touch — fresh juices, tea, and coffee are always available, making mornings feel extra special. There's also a cozy bar area in the common space where you can unwind with a drink. But what truly stands out is the beautiful garden — lush, serene, and like a hidden oasis in the middle of the city. It’s the kind of place where you want to just sit and relax all afternoon. The room was clean, stylish, and well-appointed, and the overall vibe felt intimate and thoughtful. For the quality and price, it’s an incredible value. If you're visiting Santiago, this hotel should be at the top of your list — I couldn’t recommend it more.

Brizen Apartments Pedro de Valdivia

My stay at Brizen Apartments Pedro de Valdivia was a major disappointment. From the moment I arrived, there were issues with check-in—apparently I had to register at the front desk, but the building is residential and security was extremely lax. The doorman wasn’t even checking IDs, letting almost anyone in. The main entrance door was broken and barely functional, which added to the unease. The elevator creaked like it was about to fall apart, and the hallway smelled strongly of garbage and something else unpleasant—really off-putting. By the time I got to my unit, I just wanted to collapse. Inside, the apartment looked okay at first glance, but the bathroom showed clear signs of poor cleaning—stains on the tiles, like it hadn’t been properly sanitized before my arrival. The balcony was littered with cigarette butts. I was exhausted and tried to sleep, but the noise from outside was unbearable: constant traffic, buses rumbling by, loud exhaust fans from nearby restaurants, and people shouting on the street well past 2 a.m. It was impossible to rest. I reached out for a refund, but received no response. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had—poor maintenance, weak security, and extreme noise pollution. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
