Our experience with La Maison di Luca was quite disappointing. We reached out to the property in advance to confirm our booking details, but never received the payment instructions or account information for the deposit. Despite multiple follow-up emails, we got no response at all. After two days, we finally heard back—only to be told that our original dates were no longer available and we’d need to change them. This lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating, especially after investing time and effort into planning our stay. If you're considering this place, be aware: clear and timely responses are not guaranteed, and it’s risky to rely on their coordination.

Staying at Hotel Marco Polo in Verona was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of the city, steps away from major sights and perfect for exploring on foot. Despite a minor hiccup during check-in, the staff handled it with quick efficiency and genuine hospitality. The room was cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable—the bed was heavenly, and the temperature was just right. I especially appreciated the quality breakfast, which offered a nice variety and great flavor. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. If you're visiting Verona, this hotel is a top choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value.

We stayed at Hotel Europa over the weekend of April 12th and 13th, after dropping our son off in Bussolengo. We arrived late at night, but were warmly welcomed by a very kind staff member at the front desk. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Arena, surrounded by cozy bars that stay open late, perfect for a drink or a bite before bed. While the room isn’t large, it’s cozy and well-designed, so you don’t feel cramped. Breakfast was excellent—plentiful and high quality, with fresh pastries and local specialties. The entire team was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such a welcoming atmosphere in a city center hotel. I’d definitely come back again—highly recommend this hidden gem in Verona.

We stayed at Hotel Porta Palio for two nights during a long weekend trip to Verona and its surrounding areas with my husband and son. The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it ideal for travelers like us who prefer trains, while those driving also appreciated the free non-secured parking, plus an option for paid secured parking nearby. The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Our triple room was spacious and clean, with fresh towels provided daily—great attention to detail. Breakfast was a highlight: a well-curated international spread with plenty of variety and excellent quality. It’s only a short walk to Verona’s historic center, so we could easily explore the city on foot. Plus, a quick 10-minute train ride from the station takes you straight to Peschiera del Garda—a fantastic destination in summer, whether you're looking for a relaxing beach day or want to visit the popular amusement parks around Lake Garda. If we ever return to Verona, this is definitely where we’d stay again—and I’d recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-run base in the heart of the region.

Staying at Villa Mimosa was an absolutely delightful experience! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast was outstanding—plenty of fresh options, and the brioche pastries were simply divine, buttery and flaky with just the right sweetness. Located just a 10-minute bus ride from Verona’s city center, it's super convenient if you want to explore the historic sites without being in the middle of the crowds. The whole stay felt like a little retreat, and I couldn’t recommend this place more. A well-deserved 10 out of 10!

Just a 15-minute walk from Verona's city center, this B&B offers a perfect balance of convenience and comfort. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with a delicious breakfast and a fridge available for guests—such a thoughtful touch. What truly stands out is the owner’s warm hospitality; he’s incredibly kind and always ready with helpful tips tailored to your needs. We were even given extra pillows to make our evening at the Arena di Verona more comfortable—how thoughtful! With excellent value for money and such a personal touch, this place is a real gem. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Verona.

Absolutely stunning stay at Relais Ristori! The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—so much attention to detail. The bathroom was huge, with a generous shower and high-quality toiletries waiting for us. Location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Verona’s historic center, where the city practically unfolds at your feet. Plus, it’s under a kilometer from the train station, making travel in and out super convenient. Privacy was excellent—no need to worry about being disturbed when coming or going. I was pleasantly surprised by the small inner garden; it’s a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return to Verona—and when I do, this will be my first choice again. A truly unforgettable experience.

I stayed at Appartamenti Museo for one night, and while the apartment had some positives, the experience fell short in key areas. The unit was well-furnished, clean, and spacious—definitely a plus for comfort and layout. I used a Wonderbox voucher and paid a small upgrade fee to secure a superior apartment since the standard one was unavailable; that part worked out fine. However, the in-room breakfast was underwhelming—very limited selection, mostly generic store-brand items, which felt like a letdown after expecting something better. The biggest issue, though, was the heating. I arrived on March 1st after a long, rainy, cold, and damp day exploring Verona. When I got back, the heating was off completely. I asked the hostess about it, and she kindly explained the heating system is shared across the building and would turn on later in the evening. Unfortunately, it never came on—radiators remained icy all day and night. It made the whole stay uncomfortable, especially after a tiring day outdoors. A real shame, because with better heating management, this place could have been a solid choice. As it stands, I’d only recommend it if you’re prepared for potential temperature issues.

I highly recommend this charming B&B in Verona! Perfectly located just a short walk across the bridge to the city center, making it ideal for attending events at the Arena. The room was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what you'd want after a long day exploring. The value for money is outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to everything made this stay truly memorable. I’d return in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Verona.

Staying at this guesthouse was an absolute delight! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just a short walk from the heart of Verona. I appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was—always checking in and offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining and sights. Even though it’s near a busy road, the rooms were surprisingly quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. It felt peaceful and cozy throughout our stay. Everything about the experience exceeded expectations, from the welcoming atmosphere to the convenient location. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Verona.

Staying at Romeo & Juliet Non-Hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Arena di Verona, making it easy to explore all the city’s main tourist spots on foot. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff, who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and bars within walking distance—perfect for grabbing a bite or picking up essentials without needing to go far. The only minor downside is that the walls are fairly thin, so some noise from neighboring rooms occasionally carried through, especially in the evening when the area tends to be lively. That said, this is more a reflection of the vibrant local vibe than any real flaw in the property. Overall, the hospitality here truly stands out, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, authentic stay in Verona.

We've stayed at Hotel Scalzi twice now during our visits to Verona, and it's been just as wonderful the second time around. The hotel is perfectly located near Porta Nuova station and just a short walk from the city center—ideal for exploring on foot or hopping on public transit. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with a quiet, boutique feel that makes it perfect for adults seeking peace and simplicity. Breakfast is a highlight: a generous spread with both sweet and savory options, fresh coffee, cappuccino, yogurt, and more—all delicious and satisfying. The attention to detail and hospitality truly make this place stand out. It’s become our go-to choice in Verona, and we’ll definitely be back.
