We stayed several nights in a family suite at this property and truly enjoyed our experience. I was initially hesitant due to the limited number of reviews, but it turns out the hotel is connected with a Best Western located just a few doors down—this is where we checked in and had breakfast each morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for our family. We chose this location because we had a few day trips planned, and it’s just a short walk to the train station. It’s positioned roughly halfway between Verona’s main tourist area and the station, which worked perfectly for us. That said, I’m giving it four stars only because the price during our Christmas visit was extremely high—higher than what we paid for a stay at the Waldorf in Rome! If rates had been more reasonable, this place would have easily earned five stars. Despite that, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a convenient, comfortable base in Verona.

Out of all the accommodations I booked during my week-long visit, this was the only one with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle—small luxuries that made a big difference. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel feels modern and well thought out, with smart lighting controls via a digital panel—very convenient and futuristic. It almost felt like it borrowed some great ideas from Chinese hotels, but still kept its own European charm. I also appreciated the luggage storage option, which came in handy before check-in and after checkout. Verona itself is such a beautiful, stylish city—perfect for shopping and exploring. I’d definitely stay here again, without hesitation.
