There was one day when housekeeping forgot to clean the room, but instead of just a simple apology, the hotel generously offered a complimentary breakfast for the next day. To our surprise, upon checkout, we found that all three breakfasts had been waived! That was such a pleasant surprise—definitely above and beyond. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and everything about the stay felt thoughtfully managed. I’d definitely return and recommend this place to anyone visiting Verona.

Best of all, the B&B is perfectly located: right in front of a bus stop that takes you straight to the city center in just five minutes! It made getting around Verona effortless. It's part of the Best Western Hotel Armando complex but operates as a separate annex in a quiet apartment building just a short walk away. I checked in at the main hotel, where the front desk staff personally escorted me to the building and even helped carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs—a thoughtful touch. The key card works for the building entrance, the staircase, and my room—simple and convenient. There’s no daily housekeeping after the first day, so you’re expected to tidy up and change towels yourself, which wasn’t an issue for me. What really stands out is the location: within minutes of walking to Verona’s historic center, the Arena, and nearby university buildings. Perfect for travelers who value convenience and independence without paying a premium. I’d definitely recommend it for budget-conscious visitors who want a hassle-free stay with a local feel.

The location is perfect: only a 50-meter walk to the bus stop with line L026 heading straight to Lake Garda—no transfers needed, super convenient. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, from local shops to tourist spots. One big plus: they offer luggage storage, which made our trip much more relaxed, especially when checking out early or arriving late. I’d definitely book here again if we ever return to Verona. We spent our Christmas holidays in Verona and booked this hotel—what a great choice! The location is unbeatable: just a couple of steps from Piazza Bra, home to the Arena di Verona and Juliet’s House. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, and being so close to the city center meant we could easily jump into the vibrant Veronese nightlife. We stayed at Mastino Rooms, a separate building just 100 meters from the main property—quiet, convenient, and well-connected. The rooms were clean, slightly compact, and had a bit of dated furniture, but they were peaceful, well-maintained, and came with a mini-fridge—perfect for storing drinks or snacks. Bonus points for offering cribs for little ones—ideal for families. One small downside: guests staying at Mastino Rooms need to walk back to the main hotel for breakfast, which isn’t the most convenient in the morning. But honestly, it’s totally worth it. The overall experience was excellent—from the prime location to the thoughtful touches. If you want a central, cozy base in Verona with easy access to everything, this is a top pick.
