Staying here for just one night was absolutely perfect, especially given how close it is to the University of Glasgow. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to campus and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a fantastic value for such a convenient and comfortable stay. I’d definitely book again if I’m ever back in Glasgow.

Staying at this 1-bedroom flat in Scotstoun was a great experience overall, especially due to its unbeatable location. It’s just a short walk from convenient public transportation, making it easy to explore Glasgow and get to the airport without hassle. The owner went above and beyond by allowing us an extra hour stay for free after our travel plans were delayed by bad weather—such a thoughtful gesture! The apartment itself is clean and functional, with a reliable washing machine and fridge. However, there are a few small drawbacks: the only coffee option is instant, which might be inconvenient for regular coffee drinkers, and the kitchenware collection feels a bit mismatched—some dishes and pans don’t quite go together. Also, while the unit is still in good condition, signs of wear and tear are noticeable on some surfaces. Despite these minor issues, the convenience, hospitality, and value for money make this a solid choice if you're looking for a comfortable base in Glasgow.

The location of Smiths Hotel in Glasgow is absolutely perfect—everything is so convenient and within walking distance. Right outside the door is a bus stop, making it super easy to get around the city without needing to rely on taxis or long walks. There are plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby, so even if you just want a quick ramen meal, you can grab it without any hassle. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with friendly staff who made the stay feel welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Glasgow. I’d happily come back and recommend it to friends.

I can't recommend this place at all. The manager was extremely rude and seemed to have no respect for guests. This behavior completely ruined my trip and left me with a negative impression of Glasgow, which is unfortunate since I had high hopes for the city. The room was underwhelming, and the overall service fell far short of expectations. It's sad that one person's attitude could affect such a strong experience. I won’t be returning, and I hope the hotel takes feedback seriously to improve guest satisfaction in the future.

This was hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. The room was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of—bedding, lighting, bathroom amenities, everything was top-notch. Special thanks to AnnaLisa for her exceptional hospitality and attention to detail; she made the stay feel personal and welcoming. The location is convenient, just a short walk from public transit, and the quiet environment meant no noise disturbances at all. Despite being so well-appointed, the price was incredibly reasonable—absolutely unbeatable value. If you're visiting Glasgow, this is the place to stay. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Sandyford Lodge for two nights turned out to be a delightful surprise. From the warm welcome to the clean, quiet room on the second floor, everything exceeded expectations—especially considering the price. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, adding great value to the overall experience. What really stood out was the location: a variety of cozy local eateries are just steps away on the parallel street, perfect for casual dining. Plus, there's a covered parking lot just a 5-minute walk away, costing only £12 per day—affordable and secure. With such excellent quality-to-price ratio, this place feels like a hidden gem in Glasgow. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.

I stayed in a single room and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was—much larger than I expected for this type of accommodation. The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the essentials: hairdryer, coffee maker, and complimentary tea and coffee. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and delicious. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One thing to note is that the hotel is on the 4th floor, so climbing up and down can be quite tiring, especially with luggage. However, the overall experience made it worth the effort. Great location, good value, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Glasgow—it's a solid choice for comfort and convenience.

Staying at Argyll Guest House was a solid choice if you're looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly option in Glasgow. The price is incredibly competitive—especially considering the location and cleanliness. I didn’t expect much beyond a comfortable place to sleep, and it delivered exactly that. The room was small but tidy, with all the essentials and a good night’s rest. It’s well located near public transit, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. If you’re willing to spend a bit more, upgrading to a higher-floor room offers better views and slightly more space—worth considering if you want a little extra comfort. Overall, this place exceeds expectations for its price point. Perfect for travelers who value simplicity, cleanliness, and convenience without breaking the bank.

I had an outstanding experience at Hilton Glasgow, especially thanks to Pegah. She went above and beyond by arranging a beautifully view-oriented room that was spotless and comfortable. Her kindness, warm smile, and genuine hospitality made the stay truly memorable. I’m genuinely grateful for her attention to detail and professionalism. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, adding a perfect touch to the overall experience. From check-in to checkout, everything felt seamless and thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and hope to see Pegah again on my next visit. Great team, great service!

I stayed here in June 2022 during a trip to Scotland, and unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The property is essentially a collection of apartments located in an aging building situated in a less desirable part of Glasgow. My unit didn’t match the photos shown on the platform at all—I brought this up, and was told the images were from other units. The windows wouldn’t close properly, letting in constant street noise from the busy road outside. Up close, the place looked dirty and clearly lacked proper maintenance. Overall, I regret choosing this accommodation and believe I could have found a better option for the price.
