While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, they’re spotless, well-organized, and comfortable for a quick stay. What really stands out is the hotel’s reception area—it’s stylish, modern, and impressively designed, making it a great backdrop for photos. For the price and location, this place offers fantastic value. Definitely worth recommending.
FabExpress Alive - Nr Juhu Beach
Finding this hotel was a real challenge—despite the name FabExpress Alive, it's actually just labeled "Alive" with no mention of "Fab." The property is tucked deep inside a busy commercial building that also houses other businesses and an active mosque. The call to prayer echoes throughout the day and night, which can be quite disruptive, especially at night. The neighborhood itself feels run-down, with litter on the streets and vehicles parked haphazardly right in front of the entrance. Even with GPS, getting there isn’t straightforward—you need to look for a long tunnel to the left of the sign, walk through the building, turn left, take the stairs up one floor, then proceed all the way to the end until you spot a small door marked 'Hotel.' Only then do you reach the front desk. It’s easy to miss if you’re not paying close attention. While the price point offers decent value, the location, noise, and confusing access make the overall experience less than ideal.

Our confirmed reservation was canceled without any notice, which was extremely disappointing. The hotel went as far as re-selling our three pre-paid, confirmed rooms and left our luggage unattended in the lobby—despite having a paid, verified booking. This lack of respect for guests is unacceptable, especially when we had proof of payment and confirmation. The overall experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Poor management, zero accountability, and a complete failure to uphold basic hospitality standards.

I booked a two-night stay at this property in Goregaon, Mumbai, and ended up leaving after just one night due to extremely poor hygiene and conditions. The rooms were large but completely unusable—dirty, outdated, and with a broken door handle. The elevator had a strong, foul odor, like something was rotting inside, making it nearly impossible to use. I immediately requested cancellation and refund, but the platform refused to process it, insisting on charging for both nights despite the unacceptable conditions. This experience shows a complete lack of customer care—money seems to be prioritized over guest well-being. If you value cleanliness, safety, and fair service, avoid this property at all costs. It’s not worth the risk or the price.
