My room was minimalist yet fully equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout check-in and beyond. Location-wise, it’s very convenient—close to local amenities, public transport, and attractions. Everything is within easy reach whether you’re exploring the city or just looking to recharge. With such a great balance of comfort, service, and value, this place is definitely worth revisiting. Highly recommend for travelers seeking a calm, well-designed stay in KL.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean, which immediately made us feel at home. Right next to the hotel is a huge shopping mall—perfect for grabbing local snacks, dining out, or just browsing through shops without having to go far. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional; even when we checked out late at night, they took time to ask how we planned to get to the airport and offered helpful advice on transportation options. It’s clear they genuinely care about guest comfort. From location to service, every detail exceeded expectations. ViiA Residences by Five Senses

Staying at ViiA Residences by Five Senses was a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of three, with a comfortable living area that made us feel right at home. Being just steps away from the subway station was a major plus—getting around Kuala Lumpur was so convenient and stress-free. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. While food delivery options in Malaysia didn’t quite meet expectations (we’ll give it zero stars there), the hotel itself more than makes up for it with its great location, clean design, and overall comfort. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a cozy, hassle-free base in the city.

The hotel lived up to the description—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Located just a short walk from the city center, it's incredibly convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious, quiet, and had all the essentials we needed.
