The food was solid, nothing too special but satisfying (7/10). Rooms were comfortable and well-designed (8/10), and amenities were functional though not overly impressive (7/10). Overall, the experience was excellent for the price point—great value, great vibe, and definitely worth returning to.

Upon arrival, we were met with minimal assistance since we paid online—this seemed to be a point of friction for the staff, leaving us waiting without much support. The room was clean but nothing remarkable—basic furnishings with no real character. We had to ask for toiletries, as none were provided upon check-in, which felt like an oversight. Also, the DSTV service wasn’t activated, so we couldn’t enjoy our usual TV entertainment unless we arranged it separately. While the location is decent and the price was reasonable, the lack of attention to detail and basic guest needs made the experience underwhelming. Not something I’d recommend unless you’re looking for a no-frills, budget option.
