Hampton by Hilton Stuttgart City Centre
I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Stuttgart City Centre for a few nights and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained—bedding was cozy, and I slept really well. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved: Parking is a real issue. I left around 5 PM, but when I returned at 8 PM, there were no spots available. Checked back at 10 PM and again at midnight—still nothing. I ended up having to park in a hotel-recommended underground garage that’s a 15-minute walk away. When I came back the next morning at 8 AM to pick up my car, I was charged 25€ for parking. That’s quite steep. The bathroom has a modern design, but there’s no door or curtain for the shower area, so water easily splashes out during use, making the floor slippery. Also, there are no complimentary bottled waters in the room—guests have to boil water using the kettle or drink from the tap, which might not be ideal for everyone. While these are common challenges across Europe and don’t take away from the positive experience, addressing them would definitely enhance guest comfort and value for money.

We stayed for one night with our two 10-year-old kids, and it was a perfect experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern touch—ideal for families. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While parking is available at an additional cost, it's well-located and convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and offered both sweet and savory options, which kept everyone happy. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. With great value and a comfortable setting, we’d definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at Hotel Spahr in Stuttgart was a pleasant surprise! While parking is limited—only a few spots right at the entrance—I’m glad we arrived early enough to secure a space. If you’re planning to drive, definitely come early; the back area offers parking only on a first-come, first-served basis. The breakfast was fantastic—abundant and varied, more than enough for a hearty start to the day. One nice touch: the coffee machine has a Chinese language option—you can switch to Simplified Chinese by tapping the flag icon, which is super helpful for travelers from China. Just a quick note: avoid the nearby DM store if possible. We’ve heard reports that staff there may treat Chinese guests unfairly, sometimes asking for receipts or even leading them into back rooms for verification if they seem unfamiliar with the language. If you ever feel uncomfortable, don’t hesitate to contact local authorities before proceeding. Overall, Hotel Spahr delivers excellent service, comfort, and value—highly recommend for anyone visiting Stuttgart!

Staying at Hotel Restaurant Krehl's Linde was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—just a short ride on the U1 subway line to downtown Stuttgart, making it super easy to explore the city without needing a car. The hotel itself feels like a cozy, well-cared-for gem: small but thoughtfully designed, spotless, and warmly welcoming. The owner is cheerful and genuinely helpful, adding a personal touch that makes you feel right at home. Rooms 12 and 14 are spacious and beautifully furnished, with elegant canopy beds that give a romantic, old-world charm. Breakfast is hearty and varied—exactly what you’d want to start the day right. Everything about this place feels authentic and well-maintained. If you're looking for a quiet, charming retreat in a great location with excellent service and comfort, this is definitely the place to stay. Highly recommended!

We've stayed here twice now, both weekends, and each time we're even more impressed. This visit included a complimentary upgrade to a panoramic suite—completely unexpected and absolutely delightful. The stylish décor and spotless cleanliness blew us away again, and the larger suite felt even more luxurious than before. We arrived by train and bus—no hassle at all, super easy to reach. There are plenty of shops nearby; we grabbed groceries at REWE just down the street and stored them in the fridge back in our room. For dinner, we ordered Taiwanese food (a must-try!), and the delivery driver found the hotel effortlessly. We actually prefer not having any front-desk interaction—self-check-in was smooth, intuitive, and totally stress-free. It’s much better than traditional hotels where you’re always greeted by someone at reception. The only minor downside? The elevator broke on our last day, so we had to climb four flights. A bit frustrating, but honestly, it happens. We’ll overlook it. Overall, this is definitely our go-to choice for future stays in Stuttgart. Stylish, convenient, and wonderfully independent—highly recommend!

If there’s a better hotel in Stuttgart, I’d love to see it—this place truly stands out. Located just a 10-minute walk from the Stuttgart Arena across the Neckar River and only 10 minutes by tram into the city center, it’s perfectly positioned for both convenience and charm. The area around the hotel is packed with great restaurants and cafes—especially worth mentioning Cannsatter Kurve, a local favorite run by a fantastic Bosnian owner that captures the spirit of the Stuttgart FC ultras’ neighborhood. And don’t miss the beer garden at the nearby Pig Museum—it’s real, and the draft beer and menu are excellent. But what really makes this stay unforgettable is the warm, family-run hospitality. The staff, including owner Vanessa and her parents, go above and beyond with genuine kindness and professionalism. Our room was quiet, located at the back with a lovely balcony, air conditioning that worked flawlessly, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and fridge. The mini-bar is reasonably priced if you want to grab something quick. There’s also a lift, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was outstanding—plenty of hot and cold options, and they even accommodated our gluten-intolerant guest every morning with fresh gluten-free bread, cereal, and milk. Plus, Vanessa helped us buy three-day public transit passes, making getting around stress-free and safe. And right outside? The red tourist bus stops just around the corner. This isn’t just a good hotel—it’s exceptional. I can’t recommend it enough.

Stayed at this hotel during the trade show, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The price was on the higher side, but everything else made up for it. The hotel is incredibly convenient—just a 3-stop tram ride from the exhibition center, and only about a 10-minute walk to Cologne Cathedral. Perfect for exploring the city without wasting time on transit. Even though it's close to the tram stop, the rooms were completely quiet at night—no noise at all, which made for a restful sleep. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the location, comfort, and convenience, this place offers great value, especially if you're visiting Stuttgart for business or events. Definitely recommend it.
