Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. To be honest, we also stayed at other hotels during this trip—including Jinzhou New World and Qinhuangdao Shangri-La—but none matched the level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and proactive service we experienced here.
