Even though the resort is large and bustling, the team stayed organized and attentive, always going the extra mile. They offered to carry our luggage up to the room and even helped with packing and bringing bags down at check-out—way more thoughtful than what I’ve experienced at some other luxury hotels. A small tip is definitely deserved for such service. The barbecue and hot pot buffets were outstanding—plenty of fresh ingredients, and the lamb skewers were especially delicious. I ended up eating so much I could barely move! The breakfast was next level too—huge dining area, endless variety, and one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had on this trip. The landscaping is beautiful, and the resort feels expansive and peaceful. Right outside the front door is the Menguang Longlou walkway, where you can stroll along the beachfront. While the waters of Sanya Bay aren’t as crystal clear as those in Yalong Bay, it’s still lovely for a relaxed walk, watching locals enjoy the seaside vibe. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. A top-tier experience with excellent value.

As a Black Diamond Partner, I can confidently say the resort’s scenery is absolutely breathtaking—endless blue sky meeting endless sea, truly unmatched. I’ve been here before three years ago and still remember the stunning infinity pool on the rooftop with its panoramic ocean view. This time around, as soon as we checked in, we headed straight up to the rooftop pool—just like old times. The view? Pure magic. It’s exactly what you imagine when you think of 'living by the sea.' Our entire stay was taken care of by Zoe, who was attentive, warm, and always ready to help. But it wasn’t just her—every department we interacted with, from housekeeping and front desk to concierge, pool staff, photography team, and even maintenance (if I missed anyone, my apologies!), made us feel genuinely welcomed and cherished. And then there’s the food—especially the local Hou’an noodles. Rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked—this dish deserves to be a signature on the menu. From the views to the service to the food, everything exceeded expectations. A perfect blend of comfort, charm, and authenticity. We’ll definitely be back.

The noise can be quite disruptive, especially in the morning. Unfortunately, staff seemed unaware of this issue and couldn’t provide any clarification. That said, the hotel does offer free parking, which is a big plus for travelers driving their own cars. If you're sensitive to noise or planning a peaceful stay, choosing a lower floor would make a significant difference.

I booked this homestay specifically to attend a concert nearby, and the main reason was its proximity to the venue—especially important since I use a wheelchair. Initially, I only wanted to confirm if there were accessible pathways, but the staff went above and beyond by proactively reaching out to explain every detail about wheelchair access throughout the property. From the moment I arrived at the entrance, staff members greeted me warmly and helped push my wheelchair—my rental one was quite heavy and tiring to manage. Every day, whether heading to the concert or returning afterward, they were consistently attentive and ready to assist. Even during check-out, their support never wavered. I’d also like to mention the breakfast: though I didn’t plan on leaving my room due to mobility challenges, they kindly delivered it directly to my room—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. The meal was delicious and well-balanced with great variety. Surprisingly, the room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful—perfect for restful sleep. I wasn’t expecting much given the focus on convenience, but the quality of the space exceeded all expectations. I’m already looking forward to coming back once my recovery is complete!
