Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, which made exploring Cologne effortless. But what truly blew me away? Right behind the hotel, there’s a little street with a surprisingly authentic bubble tea shop and even a biangbiang noodles stall—something I never expected to find in Germany! It added such a fun, unexpected local flavor to my trip. Everything about this hotel—from comfort to location to hidden gems nearby—was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!

A little lower price would have made it perfect!

The staff were another highlight, especially Turann at reception—he had such a cheerful, friendly demeanor and a great sense of humor that instantly put me at ease. Small touches like the hairdryer, kettle (a nice touch for travelers used to Chinese-style amenities), and the mini-fridge (though I didn’t use it) showed real attention to detail. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and a warm welcome—definitely a place I’d return to when visiting Cologne.
