Rigiblick Spa Suites & Studios
Staying at Rigiblick Spa Suites & Studios was an absolute delight, especially for the second time. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and getting our room key was quick and easy. The room itself is beautifully designed with a small kitchenette—perfect for light meals or snacks. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, which was a nice touch after a long day. The bed, however, is on the narrower side at 160 cm wide—slightly tight for two guests sharing it. That said, the views over Lake Zurich are absolutely stunning, especially in the evening when the sun dips behind the hills. The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet yet well-connected by public transport. Plus, the fridge and complimentary beverages are generously stocked and included in the room rate, which adds great value. The theater nearby is a bonus for culture lovers. Overall, this stay was exceptional and I’d definitely return.

While we appreciated the privacy and independence, we did notice that housekeeping wasn’t scheduled during longer stays, so we had to manage cleaning duties ourselves. That said, the overall experience was outstanding—great value, excellent location, and a comfortable home away from home. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend this place to travelers who prefer self-sufficient stays.

My stay at Trip Inn Zurich Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The single room I booked was by far the largest I've ever had in Europe—spacious, well-lit, and incredibly comfortable. It felt more like a cozy apartment than a hotel room. Located just a 12-minute walk from Zurich HB Train Station, the hotel offers unbeatable convenience for getting around the city or catching trains to nearby destinations. There are plenty of restaurants right on the ground floor, so dining out is super easy—no need to go far for a good meal. I also appreciated the nearby Coop supermarket where I picked up water and snacks to bring back to my room. While the vending machines inside the hotel charge a bit more for bottled water, it’s definitely cheaper to shop at the store. The room itself was spotless, clean, and thoughtfully designed. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. This place truly delivers great value and comfort—I’d happily return without hesitation.

I arrived from Paris with a heavy backpack and chose Hotel Montana Zürich precisely because of its convenient location just a short walk from the train station. The room itself isn’t large, and the lighting is on the dimmer side, but it’s spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was surprisingly varied, offering both local Swiss treats and classic Western options. Having breakfast in-room saved me time and energy—no need to hunt for a café or stop by a grocery store. For a city-center stay with great convenience, excellent cleanliness, and a solid breakfast selection, this hotel delivers. A smart choice for any traveler looking for comfort without compromise.

My stay at Numa | Turi Apartments was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spotless, with modern and well-maintained amenities throughout—everything felt fresh and thoughtfully put together. One major highlight was the free luggage storage, which made exploring Zurich so much easier without having to lug my bag around. The location is fantastic: a bus to Zurich HB runs every 5 minutes and takes just 5 minutes, and it's also very walkable if you prefer. That said, be aware that the neighborhood has a lively nightlife, so it can get noisy in the evenings. There’s a washing machine and dryer available in the building, though they’re not free—pricing is CHF 5 for the washer and CHF 4 for the dryer, both payable online. Still, it’s a small trade-off for the convenience. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and I’d happily book again.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the moment I walked in, it smelled strongly of smoke—definitely not what I paid for. I immediately contacted front desk, and they said someone would come check it out. I waited over an hour with no one showing up. When I called back to ask when they’d arrive, they promised to call me back—but never did. Eventually, they stopped answering the phone altogether. Frustrated and exhausted, I had to go to another hotel. I ended up contacting customer service three times and even needed platform support to get a refund approved. Still, after a month, I haven’t received any money. I’ve reached out nine times or more, each time repeating the same story. This entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional, stressful, and a total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
