The check-in process felt overly automated — we had to call a phone in a stairwell, get a code, then retrieve our key card from a mailbox full of envelopes. It was so impersonal, like a robot was handling everything. Honestly, it felt more like a tech experiment than a hotel experience. Also, parking is not included and costs 28€ per night at a nearby private lot — quite expensive for what’s offered. While the room itself is functional and well-maintained, the overall service feels cold and detached. For the price, you’d expect a bit more warmth and convenience. Not a bad stay, but definitely not one I’d recommend over more guest-friendly options.

Instead of allowing me to wait in the common area or offering to store my bags, they just left my luggage sitting around the facility and told me to leave and come back later. This was one of the worst hostel experiences I've ever had. The place is cheap and clean, which is a plus, but the facilities are basic and nothing is done to encourage guest interaction or socializing. It felt very impersonal and unwelcoming—definitely not worth it for the price.
