Overall, this hotel delivers great value for money, with excellent location and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Zurich.

I immediately contacted front desk, and they said someone would come check it out. I waited over an hour with no one showing up. When I called back to ask when they’d arrive, they promised to call me back—but never did. Eventually, they stopped answering the phone altogether. Frustrated and exhausted, I had to go to another hotel. I ended up contacting customer service three times and even needed platform support to get a refund approved. Still, after a month, I haven’t received any money. I’ve reached out nine times or more, each time repeating the same story. This entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional, stressful, and a total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

Budget Youth Hostel
The staff was extremely unfriendly and gave zero flexibility regarding early check-in. I arrived at 1 PM, but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. Instead of allowing me to wait in the common area or offering to store my bags, they just left my luggage sitting around the facility and told me to leave and come back later. This was one of the worst hostel experiences I've ever had. The place is cheap and clean, which is a plus, but the facilities are basic and nothing is done to encourage guest interaction or socializing. It felt very impersonal and unwelcoming—definitely not worth it for the price.
