I tried calling the phone number listed on the website to resolve the issue, but it never connected—no one answered. This lack of communication and basic hospitality was unacceptable, especially when I traveled all the way here with clear expectations. The entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I truly hope management takes this seriously and improves their booking system, staff responsiveness, and guest coordination. As it stands, I can’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free stay.
