This stay at Prestige Vacation Apartments - Bonbel Condominium was absolutely outstanding—easily the best hotel experience I've had so far on this trip. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore Baguio City and nearby attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen essentials—great for saving money on meals. The air conditioning works like a charm, and the view from the higher floor is stunning, with lush green hills stretching into the distance. Staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I’d definitely come back here if I ever return to Baguio—highly recommend!

Most places we’ve tried—whether traditional hotels or Airbnb-style rentals—either didn’t meet our expectations or came with disappointments during the stay. Thankfully, we discovered Ellianah Pines, and now every trip to Baguio feels like a true getaway. We’ve stayed here twice now, and the service has been consistently outstanding. What stands out most is how pet-friendly the property is—our furry companion was welcome too, making it a real family experience. While many hotels claim to be "your home away from home," Ellianah Pines lives up to that idea without even saying it. It truly felt like staying in a warm, cozy, quiet house rather than a commercial hotel. If you’re not keen on venturing far for dinner, their restaurant offers delicious homemade meals—same spot where breakfast buffet is served. The parking area is spacious and convenient, which we really appreciate. Even though it’s a bit farther from the city center compared to other nearby options, getting around isn’t an issue thanks to ride-hailing apps or personal vehicles. More importantly, we never have to worry about logistics—knowing we’ll return to a clean, comfortable room after a full day of exploring makes all the difference. The staff are incredibly approachable and helpful—every single one of them! From the guard, front desk team, to the restaurant crew, everyone greets you warmly and goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. The only downside was having to cut our July trip short due to a typhoon, but we’re already planning our next visit. This place has become our go-to sanctuary in Baguio. After so many disappointments, we’re genuinely grateful to have finally found our home away from home.

My kids absolutely loved the indoor playground—hours of fun without ever needing to step outside. Clean, friendly staff, and such a great value overall. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to any family or solo traveler looking for comfort and affordability in Baguio.

What’s even better? The price is incredibly affordable—way below what you’d expect for such a unique experience. I’ve already come back multiple times just to stay here, and honestly, the value feels priceless. It’s located in a prime area surrounded by other great hotels and attractions, and walking distance to King Chef Restaurant and Route 55’s unlimited steak buffet—perfect for food lovers. Each room is well-designed, with the Love Room offering a private walk-in closet for ultimate comfort and privacy. There are also spacious options for groups of 4, 6, or even 8 guests, but the Love Room stands out as a truly special solo retreat. What makes this experience even more memorable is that the property is owned by a well-known local family who runs major hotels across the region—they’re generous and kind to open this gem to the public. Staying here isn’t just a hotel visit; it’s like living in a dreamy, private estate. Highly recommended!

Everything from the room comfort to the breakfast spread exceeded expectations. We left feeling refreshed and deeply satisfied — definitely coming back.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you're traveling with toddlers, infants, or elderly guests. There’s no ramp for strollers or wheelchairs, making access very difficult. The lack of parking space is another major downside—unless you’re staying right outside, finding a spot nearby can be frustrating. The photos on the website are outdated and don’t reflect the actual condition of the rooms or common areas. The place feels worn down and poorly maintained overall. It’s not child-friendly at all, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. For a better stay in Baguio, look elsewhere.
