We stopped by Crown Legacy Hotel just to check availability, and thankfully they had rooms open. What stood out was their willingness to let us view the room before confirming our reservation—such a thoughtful touch. There were a few minor issues upon arrival, but housekeeping and maintenance addressed them promptly and professionally. The hotel itself offers great amenities: a relaxing spa, a well-equipped gym, a convenience store, a nice restaurant, and a welcoming club area. We ended up having a wonderful time here, and we’re really grateful for the smooth experience. Definitely recommend this spot if you're visiting Baguio.

I’ve already come back multiple times just to stay here, and honestly, the value feels priceless. It’s located in a prime area surrounded by other great hotels and attractions, and walking distance to King Chef Restaurant and Route 55’s unlimited steak buffet—perfect for food lovers. Each room is well-designed, with the Love Room offering a private walk-in closet for ultimate comfort and privacy. There are also spacious options for groups of 4, 6, or even 8 guests, but the Love Room stands out as a truly special solo retreat. What makes this experience even more memorable is that the property is owned by a well-known local family who runs major hotels across the region—they’re generous and kind to open this gem to the public. Staying here isn’t just a hotel visit; it’s like living in a dreamy, private estate. Highly recommended!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you're traveling with toddlers, infants, or elderly guests. There’s no ramp for strollers or wheelchairs, making access very difficult. The lack of parking space is another major downside—unless you’re staying right outside, finding a spot nearby can be frustrating. The photos on the website are outdated and don’t reflect the actual condition of the rooms or common areas. The place feels worn down and poorly maintained overall. It’s not child-friendly at all, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. For a better stay in Baguio, look elsewhere.

To be honest, we were the only guests during our stay, which made me wonder how many others had already avoided this place. It’s peak season, yet the hotel felt abandoned. I hesitated to write this review because the staff were genuinely kind and friendly—working in such an environment must be tough. But honestly, if no urgent renovations and deep cleaning happen soon, this property could turn into a ghost hotel. Hope the owners take immediate action before it's too late.

I also appreciated the complimentary bottled mineral water upon arrival; little touches like this show real attention to detail. Overall, the comfort, location, and service are top-notch.
