I was supposed to receive a room access code upon check-in, but never got it. I tried reaching out via email and phone, but received no response. As a result, I had to book another hotel at the last minute. I'm extremely disappointed with the experience and am hoping I can eventually get in touch with someone to request a refund. The lack of communication and support made the entire stay frustrating and stressful.

We’ve always loved staying at Comfort Inns, and this location lived up to our expectations. Great access to local attractions, quiet neighborhood, and friendly staff.
