We were thoroughly impressed with our stay! The rooms are spacious and perfect for four guests, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The indoor pool is a real highlight—well-maintained and relaxing, definitely a standout feature. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to Tierpark Hagenbeck U-Bahn station, making travel around Hamburg super convenient. Plus, free outdoor parking on-site means no need to pay for underground garage spots—huge plus for drivers. One hiccup: during check-in, we discovered that only one of our two booked rooms was available. It turned out there was a system glitch between the booking platform and the hotel’s reservation system. We were understandably concerned, but the hotel went above and beyond by securing us another room even though the property was fully booked. Their quick response and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, this place offers exceptional value, comfort, and service—definitely a top choice for future visits.

The shower had excellent water pressure, both hot and cold, which made unwinding after a long day of sightseeing truly refreshing. The only minor issue was some noise from the street-facing room, and there was a brief problem with the air conditioning causing a small leak—however, the staff responded quickly and professionally, resolving it right away with genuine care and kindness. The on-site bar offers good drinks and beer, though I didn’t try breakfast, which seemed promising based on reviews. Overall, this is a well-run, budget-friendly hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk team were friendly and helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on my next visit to Hamburg.

This hotel is absolutely top-notch with a friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. I especially appreciate that part of the breakfast service is handled by team members with special needs—adds a heartwarming touch to the experience. The only minor downside was when the housekeeping staff entered our room twice without prior notice, even though we hadn’t requested cleaning. It felt a bit intrusive, but overall, it’s a very positive stay. Great location near the city center, super convenient for public transit, and the value for money is outstanding. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Everything was excellent during our short stay—just one night, but perfect timing since the concert was right around the corner, making it super convenient. Even though our room faced the street, we slept well thanks to the well-insulated windows (though we could still hear the occasional siren). We did run into a small issue with the self-check-in kiosk, but staff responded quickly and went out of their way to help—very friendly and efficient. The whole experience left a great impression. Definitely planning to come back again.

Location-wise, it’s perfect—just a short walk to Altona Train Station, making local travel super convenient. Despite being tucked away in a side street, it was completely peaceful with zero noise from traffic. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-located stay with great value. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. Rooms are clean, well-sized, and equipped with soundproof windows—so even if the street life is lively, you won’t hear a thing. Breakfast was excellent, generous, and fresh, and the value for money is outstanding. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a great experience from start to finish.

I absolutely love Hamburg, and this hotel has quickly become one of my favorite stays in the city. The room size is just right—not too small, not too large—perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The heating was excellent throughout our stay, keeping the room cozy even during colder evenings, and I really appreciated that there were no carpets, which made cleaning feel more hygienic. Right downstairs, there’s a lovely organic grocery store, so grabbing healthy snacks or essentials was super convenient. This hotel has already become part of some of my most cherished memories of Hamburg. It’s well-located, thoughtfully designed, and offers an authentic local vibe with great value. Definitely planning to come back.
