We were thoroughly impressed with our stay! The rooms are spacious and perfect for four guests, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The indoor pool is a real highlight—well-maintained and relaxing, definitely a standout feature. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to Tierpark Hagenbeck U-Bahn station, making travel around Hamburg super convenient. Plus, free outdoor parking on-site means no need to pay for underground garage spots—huge plus for drivers. One hiccup: during check-in, we discovered that only one of our two booked rooms was available. It turned out there was a system glitch between the booking platform and the hotel’s reservation system. We were understandably concerned, but the hotel went above and beyond by securing us another room even though the property was fully booked. Their quick response and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, this place offers exceptional value, comfort, and service—definitely a top choice for future visits.

I've stayed at this hotel three out of four times during my visits to Hamburg, and I'd definitely come back again. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient staff throughout our stay. It's clear they care about guest experience, and that makes all the difference. I'm already planning my next trip here for November 2025—highly recommend!

We just checked out of Hotel Hanseport Hamburg and I'm still amazed by how great this place was. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of Hamburg, steps away from public transit and all major attractions. The room was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, and honestly, it felt more like a four or five-star experience than a three-star hotel. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and delicious. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but absolutely worth every penny given the quality and convenience. The only minor note is that sometimes there's a faint smell of alcohol in the hallway, but that’s likely due to the neighborhood and never noticeable inside the room. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-maintained, and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, even late at night, and went out of their way to help with luggage storage. Considering how expensive drinks are nearby, this was an exceptional value. Most accommodations in the area are not great, but this one offered a quiet, peaceful stay. I also loved that there’s a supermarket right next door with very reasonable prices. The heated bathroom floor was a real plus, especially during colder months—it made the room feel cozy and luxurious. The room itself was immaculate, and being just steps away from both bus stops and the subway made getting around Hamburg super easy. Overall, an outstanding experience with excellent comfort, convenience, and thoughtful touches.
