The housekeeping staff on the 13th floor were exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely responsive to guest needs. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick and seamless, with no delays. The concierge team also did a great job storing our luggage securely, which made our travel experience much smoother. The room itself was spotless, fresh-smelling, fully equipped, and had outstanding sound insulation—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable, hassle-free, and highly enjoyable stay. Definitely a place I’d return to without hesitation.
