While there are construction sites nearby—common throughout Da Nang—the noise stops after dark, so we had no trouble resting. One downside is the pool area: there’s visible trash on the adjacent rooftop, and the surrounding noise makes it hard to fully relax. The umbrella is broken, and only one lounge chair is available. Still, having underground parking is a big plus. Overall, this place offers great value, excellent cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere—definitely worth recommending.
