The restaurant manager and a server from Bangladesh, who studied undergrad in Hunan Institute of Technology, were not only fluent in Chinese but also genuinely kind and attentive. There was also a lovely front desk attendant who had studied in Suzhou—her cheerful demeanor made every interaction feel personal. It wasn't just about language skills; it was their sincere warmth that made me feel right at home. The location is excellent—steps away from major attractions and easily accessible by metro. This hotel blends luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service seamlessly. If you're visiting Rome, this is a must-try for an authentic, memorable experience.
