The space was generously sized, warm, and inviting, making me feel like I was at home in the heart of Florence. The hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, ll Palagio, delivered an unforgettable dining experience. Their Italian cuisine is layered, thoughtful, and innovative—some of the best Italian food I’ve ever tasted. A must-try for any food lover. Staying at Villa Cora was an absolute delight from start to finish. The central courtyard is breathtaking—perfectly designed with a timeless elegance that makes you feel like you're in a hidden gem of Tuscany. Located on a hillside, it’s a bit removed from the main tourist spots, but not too far—just a short, scenic run down to Piazzale Michelangelo, which made for a lovely morning workout with stunning views along the way. Currently, there’s only one restaurant on-site, serving breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Dinner was enjoyable but nothing extraordinary.
