I stayed at this hotel for five days in October 2024 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff are friendly and helpful—on my last day, they even allowed me to check out for free at 2 PM since there were no other arrivals that day. Multiple times, no one was around at all. Questions go unanswered, and there’s zero willingness to assist. The phone sits idle on the counter, but nobody ever picks it up. It’s hard to understand how the management allows such poor service standards. For travelers who value responsiveness and hospitality, this property might not be worth it.
