After long days of exploring, we’d come back tired but happy, stocking up on snacks and leftovers in the fridge instead of hunting for restaurants. The duplex layout offers great space and natural flow, and even my 180cm boyfriend could sit upright comfortably without hitting his head—so thoughtful! Overall, this was one of the best stays in St. Petersburg we’ve had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a home-like atmosphere.

The luxury rooms are decent in size and layout, but the lack of air conditioning is a major drawback—especially during summer when temperatures soar above 30°C. The comfort rooms show signs of wear and tear, though they do come with AC, which helps somewhat in extreme heat. However, the real issue lies in the staff’s attitude. They seem completely disengaged from guest needs. I’ve seen them take a 30-minute break together, leaving the front desk completely unattended—meaning guests couldn’t check in or out without waiting. Multiple times, no one was around at all. Questions go unanswered, and there’s zero willingness to assist. The phone sits idle on the counter, but nobody ever picks it up. It’s hard to understand how the management allows such poor service standards. For travelers who value responsiveness and hospitality, this property might not be worth it.
