The stay at Lion's Garden Hotel was nearly flawless. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transit. The staff went above and beyond to help with local recommendations, transportation tips, and even helped us book a last-minute dinner reservation. They were friendly, professional, and always available when needed. The only minor downside is that bathrobes aren’t complimentary—they have to be requested, which felt a bit odd given how otherwise seamless the experience was. But honestly, that’s just a tiny detail in an otherwise outstanding stay. With its great ambiance, excellent service, and unbeatable value, this hotel is a top choice in Budapest. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I stayed in a standard double room, which was much larger than expected—spacious and impeccably clean, with fresh linens and a well-maintained bathroom. The hot water worked consistently, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, perfect for working remotely. The front desk staff were genuinely helpful—they upgraded me to a room with a view without any extra charge, which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, always arriving at the right time. The mattress offered just the right balance of firmness and comfort, and the room was so quiet that I slept through the night without disturbance. Overall, this was an outstanding stay with great value for money. I’d definitely return here on my next trip to Budapest.

It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm in one place. The value for money is outstanding—this isn’t just a hotel, it’s a memorable experience. Stayed at Impulso Fashion Hotel in Budapest and was absolutely impressed! The check-in process was super quick and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, spotless, and smelled fresh—just what you want after a long journey. It had a personal air conditioner, mini-fridge, and safe, making it very comfortable and practical. The bathroom was excellent—clean, well-lit, and nicely designed. Elevators were spacious and convenient, and they even offered luggage storage, which came in handy. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety of food and drinks, with amazing coffee that woke me up right away. Plus, having an indoor parking lot for cars, bikes, and motorcycles made everything so much easier. This hotel offers fantastic value and a great experience overall. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent—just steps away from the metro, tram, and bus stops, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable stay. A Lidl supermarket is right next door, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. Breakfast is decent but lacks some cultural touches—no cheese or olives, which would have added more character. Some sausages seemed questionable in terms of ingredients, possibly containing pork, so those avoiding it should be cautious. Still, we stayed two nights and left feeling thoroughly satisfied. Would absolutely recommend and book here again—great value and a fantastic base for exploring Budapest.

Staying at Benczur Hotel was an absolute delight—far better than expected and incredibly good value for money. The breakfast was fantastic: abundant, delicious, and with a wide variety of options that kept us full throughout the day, even well into the afternoon. We arrived early, and despite not being check-in time yet, they let us in as early as 9 AM—super accommodating! They also offered currency exchange for Hungarian Forints, which was super helpful. The room was bright, clean, and spotless, with excellent natural light and a perfectly warm shower. It’s just a short walk to Heroes’ Square, and from there, exploring the city via Budapest’s historic yellow metro line (the first underground railway in Europe) was such a fun adventure. Everything about this stay was perfect—from location to service to comfort. Highly recommend this gem!

Staying at Ibis Budapest Stadium was a fantastic experience! The hotel is brand new, having opened in 2023, and it really shows—everything feels modern, clean, and well-maintained. My standard room was spacious at around 17 square meters, which is noticeably larger than most other Ibis properties I’ve stayed at. It’s comfortable without feeling cramped, offering great value for the price. The location is unbeatable—right in front of a tram stop, just steps from a major bus terminal serving destinations like Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, and more. Plus, it's close to a metro station, making travel across Budapest super convenient. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers excellent access to everything. Clean, modern, and thoughtfully located—this is one of the best Ibis stays I’ve had, and I’d definitely come back.
Elit Hotel
The Elit Hotel is well located and convenient for getting around Budapest, especially with easy access to public transit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering good value for money. However, we arrived right on the check-in time as scheduled, but the room wasn’t ready yet—cleaning staff hadn’t finished, so we had to wait a bit before entering. Also, the daily key return and reissue system felt inconvenient, and the lack of a 24-hour front desk made things less smooth. While the hotel is solid overall, these small issues prevented it from being a perfect 5/5. Would still recommend it, but improvements in service flow would make a big difference.
