Winnie Xiao Li, the guest relations officer, sent daily morning messages with helpful tips and reminders, always ready to assist via WeChat. Any concerns were addressed promptly and clearly, making everything feel effortless. They even noticed how important hydration is when traveling, so they delivered plenty of bottled water throughout our stay — no more dry mouth or discomfort. Since our train back was in the evening, they kindly extended our check-out time, giving us extra time to enjoy swimming and dining without rushing. When it came time to leave, our luggage was already packed and waiting, perfectly synced with our ride-hailing service — seamless and stress-free. The housekeeping staff, especially Yan Shuya, showed incredible attention to detail — she noticed I like using hand cream and left a small premium bottle just for me. That kind of personal touch really stood out. At the 7th-floor infinity pool, lifeguard Zhao Chunyang was not only professional and safety-conscious but also took great photos for us — friendly and reliable. The breakfast staff in the 1988 All-Day Dining restaurant were cheerful and efficient, moving quickly between tables during peak hours while keeping things clean and welcoming. Their double-sided table signs (showing 'occupied' and 'available') prevented any awkward moments when grabbing food. The front desk staff went above and beyond by upgrading me to a sea view room—though it wasn’t on the highest floor, the ocean views were still stunning and made the stay very enjoyable. The fitness center has well-maintained equipment, and although I didn’t get a chance to swim due to time constraints, the pool looked clean and inviting. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Haixin Plaza, making shopping and dining super convenient. I especially want to thank the friendly front desk agent who checked me in (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and Jennifer at check-out for her exceptional attention to detail—she even helped extend my checkout time without hassle. The service, comfort, and location all exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and return to.

Spontaneous trip to Qingdao and this hotel was perfect! Right next to the subway station with a bus stop right outside—getting around town by public transit or taxi was super convenient. The interior of the hotel is bright, clean, and well-maintained, though I forgot to take photos. It just feels welcoming and modern without being flashy. The value for money is outstanding—great comfort at a reasonable price. And oh, the two little eateries in Taodian Pedestrian Street (seen in photo three) were absolutely delicious—definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. This place made our trip so much more enjoyable.
