Breakfast was a highlight too: plenty of options including fresh dough dishes and freshly squeezed juice. It’s not just good value — it’s seriously the best bang for your buck. The fitness center has well-maintained equipment, and although I didn’t get a chance to swim due to time constraints, the pool looked clean and inviting. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Haixin Plaza, making shopping and dining super convenient. I especially want to thank the friendly front desk agent who checked me in (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and Jennifer at check-out for her exceptional attention to detail—she even helped extend my checkout time without hassle. The service, comfort, and location all exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and return to.

Winnie Xiao Li, the guest relations officer, sent daily morning messages with helpful tips and reminders, always ready to assist via WeChat. Any concerns were addressed promptly and clearly, making everything feel effortless. They even noticed how important hydration is when traveling, so they delivered plenty of bottled water throughout our stay — no more dry mouth or discomfort. Since our train back was in the evening, they kindly extended our check-out time, giving us extra time to enjoy swimming and dining without rushing. When it came time to leave, our luggage was already packed and waiting, perfectly synced with our ride-hailing service — seamless and stress-free. The housekeeping staff, especially Yan Shuya, showed incredible attention to detail — she noticed I like using hand cream and left a small premium bottle just for me. That kind of personal touch really stood out. At the 7th-floor infinity pool, lifeguard Zhao Chunyang was not only professional and safety-conscious but also took great photos for us — friendly and reliable. The breakfast staff in the 1988 All-Day Dining restaurant were cheerful and efficient, moving quickly between tables during peak hours while keeping things clean and welcoming. Their double-sided table signs (showing 'occupied' and 'available') prevented any awkward moments when grabbing food. The fruit bar was constantly replenished by staff who monitored usage and freshened up the display on the spot — absolutely impressive. The hotel’s location is unbeatable: walking distance to Wusi Square, Olympic Sailing Center, and the famous Badaguan scenic area. A short taxi ride gets you to Qingdao Railway Station within 15 minutes. Around the hotel, there are tons of great local eateries — both in Hai Tian Mall and GT Plaza — all offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The rooms were spacious, bright, and beautifully laid out, with stunning sea and city views. American Egris bath amenities added a touch of luxury. The lobby is grand and modern, and the 7th-floor infinity pool offers breathtaking ocean vistas — perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. Overall, this stay exceeded every expectation. Not only did the hotel earn my loyalty, but I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family. If I ever return to Qingdao, there’s only one place I’ll consider: Qingdao Haitian Hotel.

Location-wise, it can't get any better—just a 100-meter walk from the subway exit, making it super convenient to reach Zhanqiao Pier, the train station, or downtown attractions. This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a modern, smart-feeling vibe. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too firm—by far the most comfortable sleep I’ve had in a hotel recently. The underfloor heating is gentle and adjustable, which is great for cooler evenings. There’s a full-length mirror and multiple mirrors throughout, perfect for travelers who need to freshen up or do makeup. The TV being able to cast content from my phone was such a nice touch—so many hotels have TVs that are basically useless. Best of all? You can see the sea right outside your door. Watching sunrise and sunset from the window was magical. It’s also close to beach attractions and super convenient for public transport. The only downside is slightly thin walls—noise from adjacent rooms comes through, but it’s manageable. Ordering food delivery took a bit longer, probably due to peak hours, but still worth it. Overall, this place nailed everything. If I come back to Qingdao, I’d definitely book the sea view room again—perfect for unwinding with a cup of tea while watching the waves.
