On our first evening, a young guy with slightly curly hair offered a friendly and detailed introduction to hotel amenities. Seeing that we were first-time guests, he kindly upgraded us to a better room—something that truly made us feel special. He maintained a bright smile throughout, which instantly put us at ease. The next day, another staff member—a polite and charming lady—continued the excellent service with her genuine warmth and professionalism. It’s refreshing to see young staff who not only look great but also genuinely care about guest experience. Their sincerity and attention to detail made this trip memorable. I’ll definitely be returning here whenever I visit Guilin—highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality—my room was upgraded to a floor-to-ceiling window suite at no extra cost, which was such a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding; not a single speck of dust or hair in sight—everything felt fresh and meticulously maintained. What truly impressed me was the heating system; having warm air in the room made it incredibly cozy during my stay. Plus, the bathroom sink provided hot water, which was a small but thoughtful touch. The overall atmosphere was calm, inviting, and well-maintained. I also appreciated that they offered both regular slippers and disposable cotton ones—great attention to detail. One minor suggestion: the open-toe slippers could use an upgrade in design; after wearing them for a while, my feet started to feel slightly uncomfortable due to the mesh structure. That said, the included disposable slippers were more than sufficient as a backup. All in all, this stay was exceptionally comfortable, and the value-for-money aspect is excellent. I’d definitely return.
