Service truly stands out—the front desk team was warm and welcoming, with a gentleman even helping carry my luggage after parking. Plus, a dedicated concierge is available 24/7; any request or question was answered almost instantly. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality combined with modern comfort. This place offers incredible value and made our stay in Guilin unforgettable.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for families with kids—definitely a must-stay if you're visiting Guilin with little ones. Located right in the heart of the city, it's just a 2-3 km ride from Guilin Railway Station, and a quick taxi or short walk gets you there. It’s also within a 10-minute stroll to Elephant Trunk Hill and the bustling Zhengyang Pedestrian Street—super convenient for exploring the area. We stayed on the family-friendly floor, and the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed for children. The room came with a bunk bed featuring a slide, a kid-sized table, a mini tent, a rocking horse, and even a large bathtub—perfect for soaking after a long day of sightseeing. The hallway had a dedicated kids’ play zone, where our little one played non-stop and refused to leave! Breakfast at the 9th-floor restaurant was fantastic—plenty of local favorites like Guilin rice noodles, small wontons, and authentic oil tea, all fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful too—from assisting with luggage to offering laundry service. They washed, dried, and returned our clothes neatly folded to our room. No need to lift a finger! The rooftop pool and panoramic viewing deck are stunning spots for photos—every shot looks like a scene from a classic Chinese painting. And as we checked out, we were surprised with a thoughtful welcome gift. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Guilin!
