On our first evening, a young guy with slightly curly hair offered a friendly and detailed introduction to hotel amenities. Seeing that we were first-time guests, he kindly upgraded us to a better room—something that truly made us feel special. He maintained a bright smile throughout, which instantly put us at ease. The next day, another staff member—a polite and charming lady—continued the excellent service with her genuine warmth and professionalism. It’s refreshing to see young staff who not only look great but also genuinely care about guest experience. Their sincerity and attention to detail made this trip memorable.
