The guest relations manager, John, went above and beyond—he found out it was my mom’s birthday and organized a heartfelt surprise with two bottles of wine, macarons, and even a handwritten note. So thoughtful and personal, it truly made the trip special. Breakfast was fantastic—fresh, abundant, and delicious. The room itself was stunning: stylish, elegant, and perfectly appointed. The only minor note is that the pool is smaller than shown in the photos, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else—the ambiance, service, comfort—was outstanding. Thanks to John for making us feel so welcome and cherished. This stay was unforgettable!
