One note: the Italian gelato place nearby wasn’t our favorite, so we’d suggest sampling first before committing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, a prime location, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Definitely a top pick for anyone visiting Athens.

The only downside is that there’s no public parking available for guests. There are two private spots, but they charge €25 per day, which feels steep for Greece. That said, it’s not really the hotel’s fault — it’s more about local parking costs. Overall, this stay was top-notch, and I’d definitely come back without hesitation.

Why stay at a hotel when you can experience something this special? From the moment we arrived, Nik welcomed us warmly and helped make our stay seamless. Parking was a bit tricky—no street spots available—but a nearby garage made it easy. The apartment itself is immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, with everything we needed to feel at home for four wonderful days in Athens. It’s literally steps away from the Acropolis Museum, the west entrance to the Acropolis, and the charming Plaka neighborhood. Everything else in central Athens is within a 10- to 25-minute walk—perfect for exploring on foot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a huge shower, and the washer was a game-changer (we used the balcony drying rack instead of a dryer). Yes, it’s two flights up, but there’s an elevator on-site—though we weren’t sure if it’s functional. Still, the views and location more than make up for it. This place isn’t just a stay—it’s a highlight of the trip. I can’t wait to come back.
