The Montespina Park Hotel offers an exceptional experience overall—staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. The only downside is the entry process, which feels overly complicated: one gate, two barriers, and three intercoms to ring before getting in or out. That said, considering Naples’ actual safety level—which is actually better than Milan’s—it seems like the security setup is more about procedure than necessity. It’s also a bit tiring for staff to keep pressing buttons repeatedly just to let vehicles in and out. Still, none of this takes away from the excellent quality of the hotel. The ambiance is peaceful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is top-notch. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Naples with great value, this place is definitely worth it.
