The hotel is perfectly located right in front of Olaias Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Lisbon—whether heading to the airport or exploring the city. The metro connection is fast and efficient, saving us a lot of time and hassle. Our room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, ideal for travelers like us. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options and excellent coffee. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained and attention to detail was evident. One minor issue arose when the air conditioning wasn’t working properly—we reached out to the night receptionist, who responded promptly and came up to assist us without delay. That kind of service made a positive impression. However, our check-in experience started off a bit awkward. The front desk agent seemed unapproachable and simply stated that our booked city-view room would be as-is. When we entered the room on the 6th floor, there was no view at all—just two adjacent walls. After requesting a change, we were moved to an 11th-floor room, but the staff member explained we’d need to speak directly to the manager (who was off-duty that day). The next morning, we approached the manager, who was extremely helpful and immediately upgraded us to a better room with actual views, eliminating the wall-facing issue. This contrast in service quality highlighted an opportunity for improvement—especially with younger front-desk staff. A little more warmth, initiative, and willingness to proactively assist guests (like offering to contact a supervisor) could go a long way. We truly appreciated the manager’s support, and hope the team can work on fostering a friendlier, more proactive guest experience from the very first interaction. All in all, we’re happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location, comfort, and solid amenities. With some refinement in frontline hospitality, it could be even better.

This was my first time staying in an apartment-style accommodation, so I had a bit of confusion during check-in. Since it's a private apartment, if you don't have the key, no one can help you get in—so make sure to arrive on time. The host opens the building entrance and hands over the key personally. Once that’s sorted, everything else is excellent: spacious room, spotless cleanliness, well-organized layout, fresh towels, and super-fast Wi-Fi. I really appreciated the privacy—no disturbances, just peaceful comfort. The location is fantastic for exploring local food. Just a 5-minute walk away is Zé da Mouraria 2, a must-visit Portuguese restaurant with generous portions and authentic flavors—perfect for hearty eaters. A great stay overall!

Staying at Castello Prime Suites was an absolute delight from start to finish. The room was thoughtfully designed—spacious, well-appointed, and full of charm with a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic elegance. The staff went above and beyond with their warm and impeccable service, making us feel truly welcome. The only minor note is the location on a hill, which might be challenging for guests who aren’t used to walking uphill or have mobility concerns—something that would be helpful to highlight for future travelers. But honestly, that’s a tiny trade-off for such a fantastic experience. The quiet, picturesque setting, combined with the high level of attention to detail, makes this hotel a standout choice in Lisbon. Would highly recommend and definitely plan to return.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We arrived around 10:30–11:00 AM and were pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff allowed us to check in early—no hassle at all. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long journey. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Praça do Comércio and Lisbon Cathedral, with plenty of public transport options nearby, including buses and metro stops. It’s perfect for exploring the city center without needing a car. I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. A great balance of comfort, convenience, and value.

The stay was absolutely excellent and I’d definitely return in the future. We did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioning remote control that stopped working, and unfortunately the property manager couldn’t resolve it right away. But honestly, this small hiccup didn’t take away from the overall fantastic experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen came with all the basic essentials, and the bathroom was clean and well-designed—though the shower stall is on the smaller side, so taller or larger guests might find it a bit tight. That said, these were just minor points in an otherwise outstanding stay. The place was spotless, lighting was warm and inviting, and security felt reliable. The host was consistently attentive and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, this apartment offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Our stay at The 7 Hotel was absolutely outstanding—every single detail made our three-night visit in Lisbon feel seamless and enjoyable. Even though my mom wasn’t feeling well during the trip, we spent most of our time in the room, and that was never an issue. The room, while not oversized, was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—plenty of toiletries, kitchen essentials, and a well-functioning bathroom. One small suggestion: there used to be a hook for hanging face cloths or shampoo bottles near the sink, but it’s broken now—hope they can get it fixed soon. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Just steps from Santa Justa Lift, right next to Baixa Metro station, and with shopping streets and bus stops literally outside the door. Despite being in the heart of the city, the noise level was surprisingly low—we slept like babies. On arrival day, after a long 24-hour journey with three connecting flights, the staff were incredibly kind and allowed us to check in early for one hour, which was such a relief. On departure, we even got to check out 15 minutes late without any hassle. We booked with breakfast included, and it was a highlight of the trip—the pancakes were delicious, my mom loved the hot scrambled eggs, sourdough bread, and fresh watermelon. While the selection wasn’t huge, every item was tasty and well-prepared. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in every way. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
