Even though it wasn’t breakfast time yet, they had already asked the night before if we wanted breakfast and pre-packed a box for us—featuring delicious ham and a flaky, sweet egg tart that stood out among all the other meals I tried. What made the experience worse was the host’s complete lack of response or apology for any issues during my stay. No communication, no follow-up, nothing. Despite the central location and easy access to public transit, I wouldn’t return or recommend this property to anyone. For the price, you deserve better service and cleanliness.

The unique elevator on the street right in front of the building adds a charming, quirky touch. The staff were exceptional too—both the daytime guy and the evening shift gentleman were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with local travel tips. They even hand-drew a bus route map for us, which we appreciated so much! Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in Lisbon—great value, top-tier hospitality, and a fantastic base for exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and would return without hesitation.

I could easily reach Santa Justa Elevator in about 10 minutes, Rossio Square and the Jerónimos Monastery in under 15, and even São Jorge Castle in just 20 minutes on foot. No need to rely on taxis or public transport for most sightseeing. When heading to Porto’s São Bento Station, a ride via the platform took only about 15 minutes—super convenient. Even destinations like Belém, home to the famous Monastery and Tower, were accessible in under 40 minutes by public transit or just 20 minutes by ride-share. The location offers incredible flexibility for exploring the city. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. It’s hands down the best hospitality experience I’ve had across Europe. The apartment-style suite felt like a home away from home: fully equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, fridge, induction cooktop, and all the kitchenware you’d need. They even stocked the fridge with ice cubes and included a Nespresso machine—perfect for brewing coffee anytime. I loved being able to prepare simple meals or reheat takeout with ease. With unbeatable location, top-notch facilities, and warm, personal service, this hotel exceeded every expectation. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to Lisbon.
