Staying at this charming boutique hotel in Lisbon's Alfama district was an absolute delight. With only 19 rooms, the atmosphere feels intimate and special from the moment you arrive. Even the smaller two-person room felt spacious, with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and a well-designed bathroom. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel truly valued—greeting us with a complimentary Portuguese drink upon check-in was such a thoughtful touch. The on-site bar and restaurant are excellent, offering delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices. While Lisbon is famously hilly, the hotel’s location makes walking to many attractions convenient, and when we needed a break, Uber rides were quick and affordable. This stay exceeded all expectations. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience!

Being directly next to Lisboa Rossio train station is a game-changer—perfect for day trips to Sintra, including must-see spots like Pena Palace and Cape Roca. The unique elevator on the street right in front of the building adds a charming, quirky touch. The staff were exceptional too—both the daytime guy and the evening shift gentleman were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with local travel tips. They even hand-drew a bus route map for us, which we appreciated so much! Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in Lisbon—great value, top-tier hospitality, and a fantastic base for exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and would return without hesitation.
