While Lisbon is famously hilly, the hotel’s location makes walking to many attractions convenient, and when we needed a break, Uber rides were quick and affordable. The unit felt dusty throughout, and the pillowcases appeared unwashed—this is a major hygiene concern. What made the experience worse was the host’s complete lack of response or apology for any issues during my stay. No communication, no follow-up, nothing. Despite the central location and easy access to public transit, I wouldn’t return or recommend this property to anyone. For the price, you deserve better service and cleanliness.
