The breakfast was excellent—plenty of fresh options and delicious flavors, perfect for starting the day. The pool area is serene and beautifully maintained, with clear water and plenty of shade, making it ideal for relaxing under the sun. Located just a short walk from the historic district, it's super convenient to explore Cartagena on foot or by public transit. Great value for the quality, and I'd definitely return.

The hotel was a wonderful experience overall—clean, well-maintained, and the room we stayed in was spacious, cool, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent: generous portions, varied options, and delicious flavors. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially the ladies working in the restaurant—they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The pool was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing by. While it’s located in an industrial area, a bit removed from the main tourist zone, this actually worked well for us since we were looking for a quieter, more peaceful stay away from the crowds. It was still easily accessible by public transport and taxi. We felt completely at ease throughout our visit and would definitely return. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere.

Despite the great location, staff advised guests to use private vehicles due to safety concerns in the area. While the hotel meets basic needs, the overall experience falls short of expectations. I’d rate it 7/10—suitable for a quick overnight stay if you’re not too particular about amenities, but not ideal for a comfortable or memorable stay.
