We were told the upgraded rooms were “in another hotel,” despite the website clearly listing them as part of the same property—though with separate entrances. Later, they claimed they couldn’t watch our bags because the manager wouldn’t be around. The manager, Tamara, was inconsistent, hung up mid-conversation, and created unnecessary drama. Overall, this wasn’t a hotel—it felt more like dealing with an unprofessional operation where guests are treated like a burden. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The service, attitude, and communication were all severely lacking.
