The room layout is perfect for families or groups traveling together—two twin beds and one queen-sized bed provide plenty of space without feeling cramped. We stayed with four people, and everyone had enough room to relax comfortably. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore downtown São Paulo. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall value for money was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
Hotel Mega Polo
The hotel is excellent overall, with incredibly courteous staff who go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The only minor inconvenience is if you need to check out early (before 5 PM) with a lot of luggage—since the main hotel gate closes at that time, you’ll have to carry your bags through the mall and wait briefly outside, which can be a bit tricky with heavy suitcases. That said, it’s a small trade-off for such a great stay. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely come back.

Staying at BH Studios Hotel Brás in São Paulo was an absolutely fantastic experience! The apartment-style accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Location is great too, just a short walk from local attractions and public transit. Everything about this place screams quality and value for money. The location is convenient, just a short ride from downtown São Paulo, and the value for money is solid. That said, the property definitely needs some updates—there’s only one power outlet in the room and none in the bathroom, which is quite inconvenient. Breakfast isn’t included and costs R$25 per person, which feels like an extra cost that could’ve been bundled into the daily rate. Free parking is available, but only three spots—finding space on the street can be tough in São Paulo. The soundproofing is poor, especially on the first floor, where noise from inside and outside easily carries through. I wouldn’t recommend this place for couples seeking privacy or a peaceful morning coffee. Still, if you’re okay with basic amenities and don’t mind a few drawbacks, it’s a decent option for budget travelers looking for a central stay.

When I asked about breakfast, I was told it was only available until 10 a.m., even though my booking clearly included breakfast. No warning was given beforehand, and I ended up missing it. The staff’s service was unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially since it’s not even close to being worth the price. If you're visiting São Paulo, there are definitely better options with proper cleanliness, communication, and hospitality.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel—really exceeded my expectations! Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with our room details: my booking showed a double bed, but the hotel document listed twin beds. Thankfully, they quickly arranged a new room for us—spotless, well-organized, and comfortably furnished. The bathroom came with an exhaust fan and hairdryer, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, and it was fantastic—plenty of options including fresh bread, cold cuts, fruits, pastries, cookies, juices, milk, and coffee. Everything tasted great and we were very satisfied. The only minor issue was that the windows had small gaps, so street noise could come through during the day. However, once it got later, the city quieted down significantly, so it wasn’t a real problem. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—there are bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops just steps away. It’s also super convenient for getting around town via metro. Overall, a great stay with excellent value, and I’d definitely book again.
