However, I’d like to share a quick tip: if you're planning to spend most of your time out exploring or on day trips, the all-inclusive package might not be the best value. We stayed for five nights and went on guided tours for three days, often leaving at 7 a.m. and returning as late as 8 p.m., so we barely had time to enjoy the meals included in our package. That’s roughly $400 per person per day going to waste! In reality, dining out for two people costs around $100 at local restaurants or even at the hotel’s à la carte options. If your itinerary is packed with excursions, you might save money by opting for pay-per-meal dining instead. Just something to consider before booking!

There are plenty of clean bathrooms and showers, a small but functional kitchen, and the rooftop area is one of the best parts — perfect for relaxing or catching sunset views. I usually book a shared dorm room, which keeps my travel budget in check without sacrificing comfort. If you're visiting Cancun, this hostel should be at the top of your list.
