Sharing those nostalgic moments made the stay feel deeply personal and special. One downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi, particularly in parts of the villa where signal was completely absent. Verizon users might also face weak or unreliable coverage across the property. Food-to-go options were limited too—wanting sushi and burgers at the same time meant visiting separate restaurants instead of being able to bring food from one to another, even if they were nearby. The room size is misleading—advertised at 25 sqm, but with the bathroom included, it’s closer to just 10 sqm. You can’t even fully unpack your suitcase. Plus, the walls between rooms aren’t solid, so conversations carry easily. Cleaning staff also seemed careless—old sheets were removed but never replaced, and overall upkeep was sloppy. Honestly, if you're visiting Cancun and want a good experience, don’t expect too much from typical resort-area hotels like this one. If budget allows, go for an all-inclusive property instead.
