Our villa was spacious, beautifully appointed, and located just steps from the beach—a major highlight that made mornings by the water unforgettable. The beach itself was pristine, with plenty of lounge chairs available, so we never had to worry about finding a spot to relax. Service stood out in every way—especially Sergio and Enrique at the restaurants. Sergio went above and beyond to help us with minor scheduling hiccups, making our vacation run smoothly. And Enrique? He blew us away—he remembered our first visit here 30 years ago during our honeymoon, when he was already working at the resort! Sharing those nostalgic moments made the stay feel deeply personal and special. One downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi, particularly in parts of the villa where signal was completely absent. Verizon users might also face weak or unreliable coverage across the property. Food-to-go options were limited too—wanting sushi and burgers at the same time meant visiting separate restaurants instead of being able to bring food from one to another, even if they were nearby. Lastly, room service came with an extra fee that felt a bit steep given the all-inclusive nature of the package. But honestly, these small drawbacks didn’t take away from the overall excellence. With stunning ocean views, top-tier hospitality, and unforgettable memories, this is definitely a place we’d return to.
