We tried using the stove during cold weather but couldn’t light it ourselves—it required calling maintenance staff to do it manually. That’s unacceptable for a self-contained apartment. The access ramp to the pool is dangerously steep—way too steep to meet national accessibility standards (Law No. 24,314) or local municipal regulations. And forget about the bathrooms or elevator—they’re not adapted at all. To reach the pool, guests have to exit the building, walk along a cracked sidewalk, climb steps, and cross uneven ground. For someone in a wheelchair, this is simply impossible. Even worse, the former showroom was being used as a makeshift painting station—paint cans, rollers, and stone-cutting tools scattered across what should’ve been a clean display area. It was embarrassing. Overall, the place feels abandoned. There’s no mention of this property on the official website, yet we were charged annual fees during the pandemic with zero access.
