We stayed at this five-bedroom, five-bathroom house for three nights and found it great for our large group. The bathrooms were inconsistent too: some rooms had spacious ones, but the top-floor bedroom shared a tiny bathroom with barely any room to place toiletries—everything had to go on the floor. Also, the TVs were only portable-sized, which felt underwhelming for the price point. For a property like this, decent-sized TVs and reliable internet should be standard. Overall, the house was functional and spacious enough for a family or group, but the lack of proper amenities made the experience feel a bit disappointing given the cost.

Located just a short walk from the city center, we were surrounded by fantastic restaurants and lively bars. A wonderful park was only a 3-minute stroll away—perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. Breakfast was outstanding—the dining hall was huge, well-organized, and full of freshly cooked food: eggs, sausages, haggis, cereals, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a wide variety of breads. Plus, getting to the city center is super easy—buses run frequently, and it’s actually not far to walk if you’re up for a scenic stroll.
